Refund Policy

We want you to get the outcome each product promises. Because products are digital and delivered immediately, refunds are handled case by case within the limits below.

When a refund applies

If a download is corrupted, materially does not match its description, or cannot be accessed and we cannot resolve it, you are eligible for a refund. Contact support with your order reference.

Limits

Routine refunds are issued up to a set per-order limit. Requests above that limit, disputed charges, or suspected abuse are reviewed individually before any action is taken.
